    its always possible, but only from the creditor or landowner and you would have to have court papers served on you, lose in court and not pay the ccj within a month

    clearly none of that has happened yet nor will it happen in a short time, usually takes months or even more than a year after the "incident"

    so unless you have any LBA or LBCCC or court papers, forget about it and let the BPA do their job

    chances are the charge will be dropped OR a popla code will be issued after the BPA involvement but until people go back to work on jan 2nd or 6th dont expect anything to happen apart from maybe DR chasing up a charge they cannot enforce
