Setting up youview wirelessly

Options
Oh please will someone help me, I don't know what I'm doing!
I have a new youview box from talktalk.
I have a talktalk router.
My TV is in a different room to the phone point and computer so I bought the tp-link wireless nano router after googling what to do.
But I just cannot get it all to connect together.
I'm so confused I don't know what I'm typing in where. Its all IP addresses and passwords and I don't know what is what.
Has anyone else set this up?

The YouView box is not wirelesss. Get a pair of Homeplugs to connect your router to the YouView box. Each one then plugs into a 13A wall socket and links the two via your ring mains circuit. You can use the Homeplugs with any router that has a spare ethernet port, so the TP-Link shouldn't be required unless you have a very old TT router.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

As you have given little information I assume you are referring to the TL-WR702N?

If so have you updated the firmware to the latest June 2013 version?

I have used one to connect a Freeview HD box to a wireless LAN, so I know if set-up correctly and if in range of the network it works fine.
