    I haven't as yet.
Can I just type the words in separated by commas?
I need to have them all in the same email before it deletes anything.
Here's a copy of the email:-

Just forwarded the same email I posted above to myself and the rule kicked in straight away and deleted the email.
Why won't it work on something that's already there (even though I ticked the box marked "run against items already in the inbox"?

After you tick the box saying "Run Rules Now", then you need to tick the rule, check the folder (might want to include subfolders), then click the Run Now button.

There used to be a UDF (which might still be there) where rules wouldn't work until you had first saved them, so I would always come out and run them from the Rules and Alerts window if I want them run manually.
    1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
    2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
    3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?
