Orange Panther Contract - Swappables
Hi
Can anyone tell me how I add on swappables to my contract. It says I get them on my plan, but when I called Orange (useless, again) they said that as i bought my phone through Phones4U that they didn't know if I was entitled to them or not. My paperwork from orange states I am so... anyway I have gone on the website where it says to put in your mobile number etc and you will received a link text to you. Did this and clicked on link but this directs to me to a non existing page.
Any help?
