There is protection through using PayPal as payment.
You can look at all the stalls as a buyer, which is free after 5pm.
Description and price can be added to the item or contact for details. Strange that some wouldn't reply but guess that's their loss.
I've sold a few bits with no problems. And bought once too.
If more people used I think it could be good. I don't think it's been going long so bound to be a few things that change over time.0 -

Their facebook page was started in May 2013 which I think is when they say the site started. Their web address registeration says otherwise. They say they moved it but that seems odd that by August they'd already moved it. The site is also not registered in the UK.
The owners of the site did join here to comment on a thread about it a while back, but obviously they're bound to say it's a good site lol.
While ever their website continues to look as it does now - very unprofessional - I won't be using it. It gives me a headache0 -
I've just spoken to their admin for info about some things said on here and they have said "we are hosted and based in the UK but the domain name may have been bought from an italian company. Our new site went live in August but we started in May 2013"
I will be setting up a stall this week so fingers crossed I make some money or find a bargain0 -

It's not normal to move a site after less than 6 months though. Bit weird that they don't appear to know who it's been bought through. If you want a run a successful site with little-no downtime then you research and go for a realible company and in doing that you'd know where the company is based.
The registered information should also be about the owner of the site so if it's registered to someone in Italy then you'd assume they're in Italy.0 -
