Vodafone Refund Help
I will try to keep this short....
I had 2 contracts under my name with Vodafone. About 2 months ago I cancelled one of the contracts and paid Vodafone to let me buy out of it. However, they have continued charging me for the cancelled contract. The first time I contacted them about it, they admitted they have been overcharging me and said they would credit my account. However, when my next bill came through, they had not credited the account. I called them and was assured that no payment would be taken from my bank account that month as the credit was bigger than my monthly bill. Surprise, surprise...they still took the full payment from my bank account. I have since called them on 6 separate occasions asking for the amount I am owed to be refunded to my bank account. Every time, they assure me that they will open a refund case and I will receive it in my bank within 3-4 days, but it never appears in my bank. I have called again tonight and have been told exactly the same thing again. I now obviously have no faith that they will do what they say. Can anybody please advise me what my rights are and how I can go about getting my money back from them? Obviously, with it being the run up to Xmas, I could really do with this money back asap!
