Does 3G/three the mobile network
if you have a contract wuth them, do they update experian/equifax every month as to how your acc is run with them?

Yeah they do, I'm pretty sure they do.

They updated mine - not sure if it's every month but they do.

I would imagine '3' use one of the agency's when deciding upon whether to give you a contract or not, and so as part of the deal they would be required to give the agency information about your account.
If you are unhappy with something then they can put a Notice of Correction on your credit file.
