Parking eye A&E

I have recieved a Parking charge Notice from Parking Eye from 30/11/2013 for parking in a drop off point in hospital grounds while admiting myself to A&E returning after discharge and leaving the hospital grounds. The letter was dated 6/12/2013 but I only recieved it today 11/12/13. I have appealed to the hospital estates…

I should also say that whilst the points you make in your original are the ones that will see you win at POPLA, a simple email with what happened will suffice for the hospital, especially if, as sugested earlier, you offer to pay the £1.20 per hour or £4 for 24 that you would have been happy to pay if you'd been able.
