Three and Tethering

having a problem with three contract moment im on 3's one plan and am getting internet speeds on phone up to 22mb ish which is great but as soon as i start tethering boom down to 1mb or below which is usless and doesn't seem to matter what connects to it laptop tablet console all down
and once i turn off tethering speed stays down to maybe next day.
I was told there be no throttling when i took out contract yet it seems there is, ive been to 3shop and they couldnt help only gave me a new sim and told me to try it (didnt help) and cs india is usless to.
Anyone any experience that could help?

Can you do a speedtest at 23:59 and then one at 00:01.
Post the results here. If you're not awake then do one before 3pm and after 3pm.

make sure you're tethering and using the desktop speedtest site when doing these speed tests.

well at 1am it was in highteens and 9am was down to 2mb
another thing i found is on a old tg-01 that only has H (not h+ or dc-hspa)
it can only go up to 7mb but it always seems to stay around 5-7 mb steady.
why can it when all other modern ones dont. do modern ones say they r teathering and it doesent and if so how do i make the modern ones do it to/
