sounds more like mitigation than an appeal and I suspect the above would fail at popla

also I am surprised you havent had this charge dropped by their Patient Liaison Officer , as Burton features highly on here and I thought they were reviewing all charges

bear in mind these ppc,s make it all up, clearly there is no justification in what they do but all they really want is your money !!

this is more like what a popla appeal looks like https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816165

this the popla appeal i plan to use any comments please
That's not a POPLA appeal that would be sure to win although I see you have got 'loss' in there. Not enough yet though.

And don't use the linked one above as I think it still has stuff like Planning Permission which is a waste of typing with most car parks.

Slightly surprised you have been posting about this for two months and don't appear to have read the 'NEWBIES read these FAQs first' sticky thread near the top of this forum...which I told you about on 12th December. Has a hyperlink 'How to win at POPLA' which I was certain you would have found already, ages ago when first directed to read it. That's where to get a winning POPLA appeal to adapt, there are ParkingEye ones almost useable from scratch.

A POPLA appeal does NOT need 'On the day in question' sentences about the story of what happened.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
