he was the one who offered me the something else also why as he got my email and able to do such things if hes nothing to do with it i have got no other way of contact for them and am now really unsure whether i will even get my prize or if it was even real in the first place can anyone advise me on what i can do about this i have a number of prizes not turn up since starting comping but no where near as big as this feel utterly let down an so upset0 -

We all are waiting for our Chromebook too arrive, just need to have some patience, I'm sure they will turn up one day. Last e-mail I've got from them was:Hi,
We wanted to give you an update on the delivery of your new HP Chromebook 11.
Unfortunately, since HP and Google have paused sales of the device, we've had to pause the shipping out of your new HP Chromebook too. We apologize for the delay, and as soon as the issue is resolved, we'll get your new Chromebook out the door and into your hands.
We'll send you another update as soon as we have more info about timing. Thanks for your continued patience, and congratulations again.

Two people replied to the email we were sent about an update on our delivery. They both said that theirs arrived today. They both live in the US though, but hopefully our's shouldn't be too long. x2019 Wins

if this is a us comp I would say yes you have to pay custom charges there is an allowance but chrome book goes over it0

i really think the way the company has dealth with keeping people informed is duscusting ive emailed over 8 times and not 1 response only one update ect i know faults can happen but they should keep us imormed a bit more than what they have so if the us have got theres were looking at anoughter 3-4 weeks i reckon0

We apologize for how long it has taken to get your Chromebook into your hands. As you might expect, the recall of the charger bundled with this particular Chromebook put a full stop to any shipment of the device. Following the approval of our plan by the relevant regulatory bodies, we are working to manufacture new chargers and repack boxes. We expect the UK devices to be ready for shipment in the next few weeks, and you will be the first to receive the new HP Chromebook 11 in the UK.
We appreciate your continued patience and understanding while we have been working with HP to resolve the charger issue.
