sounds like he is running a house of multiple occupation illegally by claiming he lives there with tenants0

I just received a Claim for possession from my landlord but this last put the following address on the form (is using the same address then me while does not leave at my address) :Claimant :However, on my tenancy agreement, my address is just :

That was on 03 January 2012 and the tenancy agreement is a one year assured tenancy agreement for a room in a property.
PS : landlord has returned me my deposit a week ago since he didn't protected it in a deposit scheme.0 -
So what's your aim? You want to stay longer?
Has he served notice to other people in the house ?0
