    Xmas Saver!

I don't read it any more either as I am on here every day anyway.

It does get a bit boring for people who use the forums daily, same subjects come up time after time. But I don't suppose there is much variety in money saving once all the bases are covered.

Edited in case it offended anyone I forgot my own rule for a moment DOH!

  • I agree that there don't seem to be as many 'amazing' deals in them anymore, but that seems to have come hand in hand with the economic climate so I'm hopeful that they might have more exciting things to offer in the future.

Although there hasn't been anything particularly useful to me in quite some time I certainly wouldn't unsubscribe. Every now and again there's a linked article which is of interest to me, or it serves to remind me of something I've been putting off for ages (I'm one of those who delayed switching energy tariff's for months on end and I probably would never have done it if it hadn't been such a hot topic for so long, I then did it just in the nick of time).

Besides, it takes all of 2 minutes to do a quick scan of the newsletter to see if there's anything interesting and/or useful. Hardly a great hardship to cast an eye over it once a week! ;)

Growing old is unavoidable. However, growing up is still optional.
