Phone Spot not paid cashback
Quidco cashback not paid....
Put through an enuiry to the phone spot after my quidco amount did not appear in my balance. After two weeks, they requested the email address I placed the order with (having already had order numbers etc). Passed on my email address and they have rejected my claim.
Very disappointed - this is a carphonewarehouse company (all delivery material came through as e2save but cpw have dealt with since).
Another unscrupulous one out there!

The Phone Spot is actually effectively E2Save and both are part of cpw. I have had many deals through both; despite one or two hiccups with Quidco cashbacks they've been sorted, although I have a couple still to be resolved which I'm fairly optimistic about.
Was your phone actually connected and not returned? Obviously they won;t pay if it wasn't/isn't. Also, The Phone Spot (unlike E2Save for some reason) is now a Sureshop since a almost two months ago - which should count for something with Quidco.
I have had a LOT of things which I've missed out on in the last 14 months since I joined, amounting to a few hundred pounds in total - which is extremely annoying, I know! I have to confess I've made a lot more than I've lost - but don;t regard that as an excuse for the rest. Quidco can be very sanctimonius about the behaviour of its members and it's own "etiqette", but it doesn't seem to apply to its merchants!0
