Christmas came early!
Just to let you guys all know - I provided a letter and subsequently two bank statements (details blanked out) displaying four transactions and today I received notification that they would waive the charge. No Popla code - straight to waiving the charge.
I did speak to the manager of HobbyCraft Norwich and he pointed me back here - which was a nice thing to do as he didn't know I had already visited.
A lesson learnt on my part and most of my family and friends too!
Thanks for setting this forum up and to everyone who contributes to it! It has been a real money saver this Christmas.
