Sorry mate mine seems to work okay. They've upped my credit limit I didn't ask but when I ordered a shirt which was £50 today it went through on my account.0

Just an update, I previously had an account with JD Williams, with the same credit limit. Ordered it through hem and it has gone through OK. Seems like the Jacamo account was duplicate I'm not sure, I thought it was the same account with both as they are the same company but it appears that isn't the case. :rotfl:0
