They should warn you that they're not supplying anything in English at the time of purchase.
As its Pixmania.co.UK I expected to receive products at least with English instructions. I wasn't aware of anything about this French malarkey.

Completely agree, when I bought my printer I had no idea at the time it wasn't a UK company and that the printer wasn't coming from within the UK. Very misleading.

Order a canon camera last month. It took 5 working days to arrive. Yes, from France, I didn't know that after I received the item. The plug is two pins with a adapter (not exactly a adapter, you need to cut off the original plug, then connect the UK plug which they sent you)

    1. Price is ok, not exactly cheap really, I ordered for my boss, so didn't care.
    2. E-mail sent to them, never got reply. (suppose I should write them in French if I could)
    3. Quidco was not tracked!!!! (hurt my feeling)

Comment:- you just need to wish your luck, if nothing goes wrong, you will be fine. But if anything goes wrong, I am sure they will not be very helpful. So, personally I will not recommand. To be honest, if taking this kind of risk, I would rather shop it in HK, I bought my own camera in HK last year, which was £100 cheaper than the UK price.

Forget to mention, they keep sending me junks every two days.

Interesting, as that is actually illegal. They MUST supply an adapter that doesn't require any wiring. The ONLY exception is when it is a device that is to installed with a direct connection to the mains.

    DON'T USE THEM

Prices are good as long as nothing goes wrong but as soon as it does it's a pain in the !!!. Also as you rightly suspect the sockets on stuff is frequently European style 2 pin plugs.
