does anyone know if they send you paperwork to confirm or do u just use ur reference number?

They do not check the names on the forms. My daughter went last weekend with her friend and used a friend of mines free holiday as they could not go at the last minute. They only stayed two days and just handed the keys in no problem when they left .

thanks fabwitch, but i do not have ahy paperwork - will they send me any? Girl on phone said reference number and also having id is enough, but im not sure

i was told that confirmation will arrive in the post. I have just booked another for southpost on 23rd july but only got a 1bed this time, not complaining though. I think its FAB!! Going for 4 nights this monday to prestatyn with sister and kids and then to southpost on 23rd with hubby and kids......Woo Hoo!!

Just rang the freephone no. 0800 2980117, gave code PWO9, answered the questions and was offered Southport 9 July for 4 people.
I asked did I need to take bedding, as it's Buget, but was told 'no it's included'.
Also asked about confirmation letter, in case there's another post strike, she said that as long I quote the ref. no. she gave me and take some form of ID on arrival, I wouldn't need letter.

Have just read elsewhere that Pontins have been informed of the FREE holidays being SOLD on ebay, they are contacting ebay to have them removed as they are fraudulent listings and have also stated that ID must be provided for all members of the party going. Good to see that these will go back to being given to those that genuinely want one.

Anyone who can drop everything up sticks and bvgger off to Prestatyn till Friday?

But how will ebay know which have been paid for and which havent been? Also, how are they fraudulent listings?
