Calm down.
Even if you have an invoice from a PPC, not a fine, you won't go to court as the PPC can only pursue the driver.
Ignore it.0 -
Please be assured that the advice you have been given to totally ignore this, is correct.
As the parking 'incident' took place in Scotland, the registered keeper is under no obligation to enter into ANY correspondence with a private parking enforcing company.
Where the registered keeper lives is of no relevance at all.
Forget all about this and move on to happier times.
My thoughts are with you.0 -

As everyone says, relax and forget about this and just collect the letters - this is NOT A FINE AT ALL.
Or if you want to try to get the fake PCN cancelled, read this thread and try a similar letter to the PPC as was written by zzzLazyDaisy:

...plus a swift complaint to the BPA Ltd perhaps if the PPC keeps sending you loveletters from debt collectors, since you are not liable for an incident in Scotland where registered keepers are not held liable at all (not that they are 'liable' here in England either of course, as such!). Look at the outcome in that case = fake PCN cancelled.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
