Orange - yet more issues

Anyone know an email address to contact a dept that gives a fig?

Orange reduced mine and my wife's minutes to 300 from 600. No reduction in bill, no request from us. Our contract is for 600 minutes, the plan still has 600 in the title. Just a "computer error".

Our bills of course shot up as we easily went over the new 300min threshold. Orange apologised and said they's refund the monies and reinstate the 600 minutes that was in our contract.

They did nothing and it carried on for months.

Eventually i cancelled our direct debits so that someone would have to look into it BEFORE they got paid for their continuous errors/fraud. Our bills are up to date. However -

Our contract is now up, I just need to know what we owe them on the final bill so we can put this behind us. However, we can't log into our accounts, we just get error messages.

Do they stop you logging in the moment your contract is up? We have been trying for weeks. I've tried calling 150, nobody cares, they just make promises they never keep.

There's no customer service email address i can find, no live chat service or anything helpful. So i'm posting on here in the hope that an Orange CS rep will spot this and want it resolved quickly before others check their bills and notice their dubious billing errors.

I just want to pay up and get rid of them.

Orange -
Thanks for the 2 months of intermittent broadband
Thanks for the months of fraudulent billing.
Thanks for still not unlocking my dad's phone 2 weeks after we asked you to. Yes it says "allow 20 days" but other networks manage it in 1 or 2.
Thanks for telling me "sorry, we only have a small team that deals with unlocking phones so it may take a while"
When i asked why they didn't take on more staff i was told by an apologetic and honest member of staff that "we keep asking for more staff in lots of departments but the message doesn't seem to get through to the top levels."

So don't be too harsh with the staff people, it's not their fault we're on hold for 20-40 minutes per call (I had over 30 calls in that time frame this year). It's the decision makers that have stopped caring about customer service not the 19 year olds trying to earn a few quid.

    Their website gives this address
    EE Limited
    Trident Place,
    Mosquito Way,
    Hatfield,
    Hertfordshire,
    AL10 9BW
    Company Registration Number - 02382161

    Also
If your complaint is still not sorted,
If you're an EE mobile phone customer, write to:

    The Complaint Investigations Team
    EE
    6 Camberwell Way
    Sunderland
    Tyne and Wear
    SR3 3XN

Directory enquiries should have phone numbers for these addresses.
  • It won't be sorted. They ignore complaints so make one then go to CISAS 8 weeks later. That's the only thing which "inspires" Orange to do anything at all.
