Hi all new to this forum just wanting advice, please
I Have separated from my partner, we took out a joint loan and purchased a car, which is in their name on the reg documents .
I have learnt it is to be sold and cash spent on other things can I go and reclaim the vehicle .

No, you can't. Although the vehicle may have been purchased with funds in joint names it is only registered to one of you, and that one person can do with the vehicle whatever they like. Drive it. Sell it and spend the money on hookers and cocaine, or new handbags and toy-boys, whatever they fancy. Set fire to it. Meanwhile your joint-liability for the original loan remains.0
