No we haven't contacted the landlord directly, yet. And yes, of course you're right about contacting via post rather than email. So we'll do that.
I'll look into a replacement barrel for the lock, and just put the old one in whenever we need them to fix something (we're all working, and thus never in when they want to bother coming over to do repairs).
The sign is coming down tomorrow. It's ridiculous that they think that it's OK to pop that on our property. Jokers.0 -
