Virgin Cut me Off !!
Comments
-
I was going to phone customer services but couldn't be bothered so I just ordered an ovivo sim.
When I moved a couple of contracts a few months ago, Vodafone gave me a small credit as a final bill but Virgin just stopped at the billing cycle. I didn't have any loss of service then as I used the PAC code within a few days of receiving it.
Be interesting to see if they bill me this time.0 -
The final bill was zero, therefore Virgin do work to the billing cycle.0

Virgin seem unique in that when they give a PAC they also put a 30 day cancellation on the account.
This happened to me, wanted a PAC they said i had until xx to use it - i asked if i could have a PAC without the cancellation noice they said no.
To make it worse when i called a few days prior to change my mind, they still went and cut me off on the original date and the manilla call centre were useless - the UK centre helped when they were back at work on the Monday but it was over 24 hours with no service. Luckily it wasn't my main sim
I was rather unimpressed to say the least0
