Reliable Cashback Companies
Hi,
I've been looking around for a new phone contract from next month and have seen a tariff that suits with 12 months cashback available at three different companies. (One Compare Deal)
These are namely...
Cool New Mobile
Mobile Outlet
Phonebox Direct
Does anyone on here have experience of any of these companies? As there is the same offer at all three of the stores I'd like to go with the one that appears to be the most reliable of the three.
Any advice on this would be really appreciated.
Thanks
Steve

Cool New Mobilei have three contracts with CNM and as long as you follow the terms and conditons exactly they were fine for me but they do have strict guidelines but good offers i dont know wether i would bother getting another contract through them though
I have not had any dealings with the other two companies0 -
Coolnewmobile and Phonebox Direct are the same company. I have two contracts with them and will almost certainly get some more, but not got to the stage of claiming cashbacks yet. If you go with these, make sure you fully understand the t&c BEFORE you buy (most don't) - that also applies to any other company you go with.
From numerous and fairly consistent feedback on here over a long period of time, avoid the Mobile Outlet (and at least two or three other compnaies) like the plague. If you aren;t sure, take a careful read through THEIR t&c and spend a lot of time reading through the threads on all the companies you are considering.0 -
After having read the forums for a while I doubt I will ever go with any of the above.
I go with Dialaphone via www.dialaphone.co.uk/youatwork
This gets you £45 per order (one phone per order maximises this) without having to claim. Then the claim process is easy and they are reliable. I send my claims in via PO signed for services. Having a tracking number has proved to be very handy once. DAP traced receipt of the TN then authorised my claim, despite having lost my bill in the office!Behind every great man is a good womanBeside this ordinary man is a great woman£2 savings jar - now at £3.42:rotfl:0 -
Even signed for isn't guaranteed; unfortunately the Royal Mail is no better than the worst of the mobile companies in my view! On a par with the management and customer services quality of British Gas!! Tracking on recorded delivery doesn't always happen (guess the postman/woman can;t be bothered to get the signature you've PAID for!) and even read on here in the last day or two that a Special Delivery also got lost. My ex had a phone stolen from their van on Special Delivery. Unfortunately, there isn't much option - but I have read a lot of good feedback on Dialaphone. If only their deals were as good I'd certainly go with them myself!0
