Just to clarify the above, which would be the closest tube station to The US Embassy. How easy would it be for me to drive to the underground car park in park lane,

the nearest tube stations are marble arch and bond street
from the A40 westway take the paddington slip then take the first left bishops bridge road over bishops bridge to harrow road second exit from roundabout under the flyover, turn right at traffic lights onto edgware road you will see the big red c congestion charge signs on side roads on either side go straight on to marble arch and leave by park lane grosvenor square is on the left off of upper brook street ,the underground car park is on the right hand side of park lane about half way downleave the car park and go back up edgware road and harrow to return

DONT DRIVE INTO A ROAD WITH A RED C PAINTED ON THE ROAD OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED

just had another look ,,you can get into the underground carpark via cumberland gate from marble arch
