Vodafone Reward Freebee a Stitch Up
So
You get your reward code from Vodafone and you go on to the website to try and use it.
You enter the mobile number and the reward code. YOu get the next screen only to find that you can not GROW the points, i.e. add them up.
So lets call vodafone and complain...... No way ! Look 25p a min for them to sort out their PANTS website.
"Still having problems? Give customer services a call on 191 (from your Vodafone mobile) and they’ll do their best to sort things out for you. Calls cost 25p."
Vodafone's website is bad. Its slow, unhelpful and does not work, even to show your balance. Try and top up via your account. That dont work, I have to top up via the standard portal on voda.
They are so bad with their IT.
