hi all, on my 3rd phone from virgin now, due to faulty phones or sims, and im really peed off having to wait in for deliveries and being out of contact with everyone for a few days, at what point can i say stick your phone and your contract where the sun dont shine, im into 12months into a 24 month contract, i dont really want them to send me another crappy samsung i just want to move phone and supplier, thanks

If you where to cancel you'd have to pay off the remainder of the contract minus VAT.

That would suggest the phone is at fault not Virgin.


Deliveries are not the direct fault of any company they all use couriers to move items around. At least they are repairing the phone.
