Also are all Next customers entitled to the VIP slot, if they meet the criteria they set?

Email - but you will know by logging into your account, there is usually a delay with email.
I am sure VIP will come out soon. They never tell anyone on the phone they will just say anything to get you off the line.
You don't always get a slot, I did not get one last sale after having had one for the previous 3 years every single time.
No rhyme nor reason just the way the stars are aligned at the time and your birth stone needs to be in synch with the full moon.

I discovered that paying some interest on the balance helps. I think some other people noticed the same. I never had an invite (even though fulfilled all other criteria apart from having the catalogue, always placed orders online - mostly on clearance) until once I havent paid balance off in full (still havent had the catalogue).

I now try to keep some balance outstanding closer to VIP sale and so far worked well. Will see this year...

I used to always get one, normally have a small balance and order quite a bit and haven't had one initially the last two sales : ( sometimes it seems totally random. Make sure you are signed up for special offers too x

We've had an invite for every single VIP sale since we registered years ago, never missed a single one so hopefully this isn't the first!

For reference, never left a balance unpaid, never had interest added, never signed up to or received any promotions. Do send items back but quite often keep, don't spend too much, maybe a few hundred up to a grand a year, always get the catalogue (and pay for it), so there doesn't seem to be any set method!

Yes I'm the same. Been quite lucky tbh.

I don't spend masses throughout the year, but do spend about £1k+ for the Xmas sale and about £500-800 for summer. Do get the catalogue, rarely pay interest.

The suspense is killing me.....come on Next, we want our VIPs x

I've been quite lucky and got first slots this past year. I only really get my young children's winter clothes and they seem to go so quick so got to get in there quick!!

I do wonder if it will be today, I keep checking..

WOOOOOOOOOOO!! I just logged out of my account and logged back in and I was able to sign up for a VIP slot. Got the first one - 5pm on Sunday. Good luck everyone xxx
