My daughter is at Uni and works for Next so we've got plenty of stuff put on hold in the back for the 2nd year in a row :beer:

Hi, can anyone help?? I ordered some trainers before the sale and it said that it would take 4 weeks to arrive :(. However, I noticed that it was available in the VIP sale so I called customoer services and they said I would be charged the price of the item at the time of dispatch so if its in the sale it will be charged at that price. So for this reason I didnt order it in the VIP sale. I then messgaed the next facbook page to check and they said i would definately be charged full price. Has anyone had any experience of this either way? Thanks

I'm not too sure, you might get lucky but I always thought to get the VIP Sale prices you had to order through the VIP sale pages. It might be different as you ordered before and the standard price will be less when it's dispatched... will be interesting to see if it does work out like that.

I was sent a vip slot on Saturday - my first ever, and I've shopped with Next for many years - and booked it for Monday morning. I looked at the sale preview last night and made some mental notes. By the time I logged into my slot this morning, what was left was unrecognisable. Even with the vip slot, anything worth having was gone. Just tat in size 6 or 24

    Hi
this happened to me last year, I ordered a coat for xmas and it didnt arrive in time, as it arrived after the sale had started I was only charged the sale price. You need to check your account though to see what you actually get charged as on the dispatch note it had the full price but when I checked my account I had only been charged the sale price. I even rang them to check it was correct and they said anything that arrives after the sale has started is only charged at sale price. Hope that helps.

Anyone know if they're putting the sofas on sale, either in this vip sale (which I'm not part of) or the usual sale?
  • There were quite a few sofas in the VIP sale so guessing there will be in the general sale as well.

    Thank you.
  • So, who else thought the instore sale at 6am was rubbish?
I only got £50 worth of items, I usually leave with at least £200 worth!
Only half of the store (big store) was actually on sale!
What on earth? People were even picking up full price items as it was very strangely laid out. John Lewis for me today, I'll see what I can grab there.
