Cheapest phone with GPS
Does anybody know the cheapest phone/contract I can get with GPS on it? New or second hand I don't really mind.
Would I need to pay for a contract to use the GPS?
Would like to download apps through wifi to use the GPS but don't require 3G/4G or internet on the phone to hopefully make this purchase as cheap as possible.
Thanks

The default Android navigation is Google Maps/Navigation. Generally, it requires mobile data connection (it can be a contract or PAYG), but you can 'cache' the fragments of the map you need in advance via WiFi. Also, there are other navigation apps available (free and not free) that have maps preloaded and don't need mobile data connection.
Ovivo give you 500Mb of mobile data for free every month (£20 one-off for the sim) that is more than sufficient for using Goggle navigation without any tricks with pre-cacheing.0
