After not hearing back I rang up myself and after another number of long tedious calls I had some money refunded back to me to cover the 0844 numbers I called. This is another example of companies making mistakes and then you being the one being made to force and force the issue until you get justice. I can't wait until my Vodafone contract expires as I won't be using then again. The last two months alone I have had money refunded to me three times for three separate mistakes made on Vodafones part that I wouldn't have gotten back if I hadn't been wise to it. People who don't check their accounts constantly for irregularities must be getting swindled all the time.
Yes they saw their mistakes in the end but you wouldn't believe how much crap I had to deal with before they did. Definitely the worst mobile company I've ever used.0 -

Just to update, Lee has been in contact and has sorted this out for me now. I appreciate the help provided and am glad to finally be done with the issue.0
