    Gorgeous George---I AM SOOOO TEMPTED TO PAY THEM A VISIT. We actually called on them two weeks ago when they "didnt answer any of EA calls" and alarm bells were starting to ring!!!!We were assured then that they wanted the house and had just been "very very busy".!!!!!Rizla

    If you do a search on www.rightmove.co.uk for property in the last 24 hours and INCLUDE STc's you will be surprised how many have sold in that time!

    I think that noyk was right to point out that bridging is expensive and IMO wouldn't have been taken by anyone as insulting their intelligence. Not everyone knows about such things, someone reading this thread might be grateful for that piece of advice, even if its not the OP.

    Well Ive just been informed that my buyer has pulled!!!:mad:

    We were meant to be completing this week, My so called Solicitor and Estate agents never even bothered to tell me!
