Vodafone Over Charging me!!!

Hi,

I'm very frustrated and need to understand my rights/options how to deal with this.

I have been with Vodafone for years, 2 years go my iPhone was stolen so I went to Vodafone paid the remaining balance to the end of the contract and bought a new contract which came with an IPhone. I did this in the shop.
With my new phone I never received paper printed bills and was given the online login details. There is always a problem and I could never view my accounts. Only 9 months later I realized they are still charging me for the other line when I don’t even have the Sim Card for it. I've called them several times and went into the shop but the best response I've got after getting passed around over and over was that they will refund the money but before that a manager will contact me but they never did!

On top of all this recently my 2nd contract ended so I downgraded my line rental however they are still charging me the same amount!!! I don’t know what do?

Can you please help me! I would even consider suing but I don’t know what would I need. :mad:

    Vodafone customer support is a joke. If you post on the vodafone complaints topic on this board though you should get a response from Lee who seems to be able to get most things sorted quite quickly.

    Either way please post back with the outcome.
