Not bad in terms of minutes/texts/data provided that the data is not used carelessly, there is WiFi at home and data settings are correct.

However, unless capped, a contract is OK for a very responsible and trustworthy teenager only, not for an average teenager. Otherwise you can easily face a few hundred pounds bill to pay for extra services or if the phone is lost/stolen.

OP - Which network is that on? It doesnt look like anything that Orange does, but if it is them...you can get an extra 1GB free and free orange/tmob to orange to orange/tmob calls by registering the line for their "U24" service (essentially freebies for under 24s).
If your daughter is anything like mine though, you'll find that the texts and data are far more important than the minutes.
My daughter's plan has unlimited texts and 750mb plus her free 1GB, and even with wifi at home she regularly uses about 1.5GB.

What can she afford? If she can afford it, then it's OK. If she can't afford it, then look at something else.
If she's not paying for it, then look elsewhere.
    1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
    2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
    3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?

Tesco do cap all contracts if you ask.
