Sorry I haven't been online for a few days:o and didn't get to wish you, Emz, and all the lovely people who post on your thread a very Happy Christmas.
I'm sorry you are feeling under the weather, Emz. It's probably tiredness from the hectic days before Christmas catching up with you. Take it easy if you can ready to start a new year with debt-busting vengeance
Like you I had a page-a-day diary as one of my stocking-fillers:j. I love that format and it's the only type of diary (I manage to accrue a few smaller ones each year too, mainly freebies) that always ends up being used EVERY day.
In case I don't have the chance to speak to you all before the event I wish you a very Happy New Year and hope 2014 brings you everything you hope for:beer:0

Hi CBC - Happy New Year to you too. Here's hoping 2014 will be a good one for all of us.
I think my new diary will get a lot of use too. I'm looking forward to being able to see where all my extra pennies come from throughout the year.

I've been waiting for a £15 Amazon voucher for a few weeks, so decided to check my spam folder and it has been sat in there since 5th December!! Lucky I checked. I now have £30 sat in my account.
Speaking of which, I'm having problems deciding what to go for from survey and other sites. My choices are:
Amazon vouchers - good for getting presents during the year and bits and pieces for the house, but this money can't be paid off debts.
Cash - obviously this can be paid straight off my debts, but some sites make you do more surveys for cash as opposed to vouchers.
Supermarket vouchers - I can obviously use these for food and then maybe pay off what I would have spent off some debts. But again, sometimes you have to do more surveys for the vouchers as opposed to Amazon.
 What do people think?

I think for me I really need to get into the Amazon vouchers cos so much of what I buy for the piggies I can buy from there plus of course gifts etc.
I have always got supermarket vouchers before but I get what you mean re more surveys.
 Amazon have more uses?
 however cash.....hmm.
I think you should decide on per survey place if that makes sense - which is the best value at the time?

I would go with vouchers all the way.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. Thanks Buffy and Lou. I was swaying more towards the Amazon vouchers as they are better value on the majority of sites.
