    When I lived in London (~10yrs ago), there were a couple of restaurants run by Hare Krishnas. They were in pretty prime locations, too. I remember one in Soho.

    Anyway, I think all the food was vegan, and it wasn't what I would call "recognisable" to the average Brit(!) but it was really tasty. Not sure if those kind of places still exist...?

    I can't remember how much it cost, but it was probably one of the cheapest meals out I've ever had (other than McJunk Food)!
  • Asda, Sainsbury's, Morrisons caf!s. They are all great and cheap :)
