Further tothe above application, I write to advise that this matter will be discussed atthe Planning Committee meeting on 03/02/2015commencing at 2.30pm in the Town Hall. This is a public meeting and you aretherefore welcome to attend.

The Counciloperates a facility where applicants or objectors can address thecommittee. In such cases whereapplicants wish to speak objectors are also invited and vice versa. In order tomake the necessary arrangements I need to know by midday Thursday 29thJanuary 2015 of any request to speak.

Furtherrepresentations can be made after the issue of the committee report and theywill be included in an additional information document. The deadline forinclusion is 5pm on Thursday 29th January. Representations received after this time maynot be brought to the Members’ attention.
