Excel might think you are at that stage, but in fact you are at debt collector stage and have told Excel who was driving. Not yet at LBC stage and not yet having to defend in court (and as already said, this is defendable but you've made your job harder).

ok thanks for all the advice, where should i go from here? just hold out and wait for the letter?

It's up to you - the options about responding to, or ignoring, debt collectors are set out in the newbies thread. And chase up that reply from the landowner, saying you are being bombarded with letters and that this is harassment by their agent.
