Has anyone been able to receive a MAC code from O2

We are having difficulty getting a MAC code from O2/Sky, has anyone managed to get one?

    I got mine a little while back. They said that they would email it. But they sent it to the phone we used to topup for the discount. Even though we gave that phone to the FIL to use in an emergency.

    do you need a mac code if you want to leave o2 broadband to go to bt infinity as they are different technologies ?

    Yes, to avoid the cease charge.
    A MAC isn't linked to the technical aspects of the service, it's just an admin system to aid the transfer process.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    sorry meant to say that im moving house in jan so do I still need a mac code or just cancel o2 ?

    A MAC is for changing your broadband supplier on the same number.
    So impossible to say if this applies to you or not.

    You said you were with O2?
    So you need to apply for a home move with BT. You can retain your number as long as you're not moving to a different exchange.
