    Debt-free and Proud!
welcome to o2 prepare yourself for hell.....

I have contracts at the mo with

3 - billing error's wich ironically are 3 months later not complete sorted - customer care better than ever but still clueless, other account I was locked out of MY account for over 15 months even after sending ID to customer care in Glasgow to confirm security breach of account changes ( address, paswords etc ), allowing ex to run bill up of minimum 60.00+ per month for 15 months while I paid, billing errors for 8 months before that- complaint in process of being dealt with

T-Mobile - a price plan error that took 8 months to correct & refund, no compensation or refund for chargable calls to customer care to sort out, customer care terrible

Orange - billing errors always quickly adjusted, broadband billing/account is a mess ( registered as Orange mobile customer, still trying to bill full price )
mobile customer care 50/50 depending on who you get, BB account is a mess as customer care is contracted out to a third party company, Orange mobile account online refuses my debit card constantly aswell as automated 150 card payment but manual processing no problem, mobile email account error when signing in most times

o2 Online - issues over two years, very infreqently sorted out, individual contact @ Peter Erskine's office will not reply or call back

Voda PAYT - customer care flawless, 5 years of service & few times credit billing issues immediatly refunded/restored ( except GPRS/wap cannot access via a N95, technical cant resolve issue of access & a issue customer care had no access at set up of a new system to adjust settings - well done head office for that "product" implementation or training floor staff or advising trained managers the new " product " was now LIVE )

Voda contract - inital new contract adjustments, Vodafone FOR ( first oppertunity resolution ) kind of works depending on who you speak too, main concern addressed and resolved but a few minor in the process of correction
never had a grumpy/clueless person in my 10+ calls to customer care in the last week

why oh why did I not contract to Voda 6 years ago instead of the merry go round of all the others ? COST! now Voda is on the ball with plans to match the others and as always great customer care.....

Anytime 500, stop clock, 3000 texts, passport, family, 120MB 40.00pm

    Vodafone all the way
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)
