Phone Insurance which the best one

I upgraded my current account for £15/month which gives me phone cover, car breakdown and home emergency etc. When I change phone I ring insurer up and details changed very easily0

Depends on your definition of 'best'. Usually cheapest by adding it to your home contents insurance though.No free lunch, and no free laptop
