Hi I have phone which is on top up only and want to change the provider but not the phone how do i go around doing that

    Assuming that you want to retain your existing number, get a PAC from your current provider and give it to your new provider within 30 days.
    If you don't want to retain the number, just get your new SIM and use it in the old phone.
    If the phone is locked to the old network then you will need to get it unlocked to use it with the new.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    Who are you currently with, and who are you thinking of switching to ?,as it is possible in some cases not to have unlock phone,
