things to do the day you move in?

Hy, We get the keys tomorrow for our first house. I was making a list of important things to do when we move in. Nobody has lived there for 4 months. So im guessing check the gas, electricity, change locks, give a good clean, change all the bills over. Was hoping for other ideas from people. Thanks

Most fridges have to be left switched off for several hours after moving them.

Bedbugs can survive for up to a year :mad::mad::mad: fumigate the house with an insecticide smoke bomb.

If you don't have curtains at the windows then covering them with bubble wrap provides privacy.

A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.
