Last week I had issues with using the MSL app for the first time so emailed them as I could not get the page where you claim the cashback and take the photo to load. I received some fantastic help from you guys about checking and unchecking the boxes, and moving the slider thingy backwards and forwards, which all appear to work and I have since managed fine in claiming cashback.
Anyway MSL have just emailed me about my first failed attempt and I explained what happened and they are arranging for the cashback to be paid to me.....have to say brilliant service from MSL....and the Elite of course. Thank you
Their service is hit and miss - I seem to get no response recently. They have sent out a reminder about 12 50% off deals but not appearing in my app. Has anyone received payments recently?
They still have contradictory information on the app and website whether it is £45 limit per month per household or per user.
Many thanks

Despite the recyclebank/greenredeem £5 off £25 MOC saying it couldn't be used on "food to order" it scanned just fine.

Hi. Big thanks to OP that posted Scooby Doo set. It was marked up at £40 but scanned for £10. Great pressie to add to the ever getting bigger stash for DD. Managed to use £3 orchard & 3 x £1 on £3 veg. Also big thanks to Durham for all of the £10 off £50 MOCs sge sent me. Used all but 1 of them so great savings. All combined nicely with other spend & saves.0
