He has a lovely personality, is kind, generous and has a great sense of humour (with a slight twist) and has high morals, that is the important part. The less important part is he is solvent, works and has a bung-a-low! And he does an excellent impression of Mr Darcy!
The que starts outside of his house... it is a long long long one!:p:p:p:p:p:p:p

You would all be impressed, for tea I cooked OH an individual beef wellington! He was very impressed... hope he likes the other 10 in the freezer!!!
I also have made two steak pies and loads of cheese and onion rolls (for me!)
And I experimented with the Mille-feuille, but just baking one half sheet of puff pastry on its own, it was about 4 inches high, I ended up cutting it in half and filling with brambles, jam and cream but no one home to eat it. I think I may have to roll the pastry out it out a little to make the mille-feuille!
Yummy..
