And today is the day that our central heating decides to stop working :(:(:(
I'll ring in the morning but I don't suppose anyone will come out until after Christmas now.

I have to say, I took OHs car today because it's easier to park than the big one :o Yes it stinks of fish and is full of sand :D :rotfl:......but still.
I've been musing this very subject a lot lately. Car parks are all going to have to start adapting to fit the amount of larger cars that try and squeeze into them these days.

I totally agree, I now have a couple of dents and marks on both drivers and passenger doors, I did not notice them but OH did when he borrowed my car and has just given me a lecture on parking, I always park well away from the main parking area, I only passed my test two years ago and only been driving properly for 18 months.

On that note does anyone have any advice on driving in icy and snow weather

Keep as big a distance as you can to the car in front and don't use the accelerator if you can avoid it :D

Right.....the RSH plush toy that I have won the other day, I don't want it. I have (unsuccessfully) spent years trying to rid my house of hundreds of 'plush toys' so I don't want or need another one.

Would anyone with little ones like it? All I have to do is pass a delivery address on to them by tomorrow. I have no idea which one of my aliases I used to enter the comp so I have no idea how it will be addressed :D

    ETA re homed already :)

Do you think so? The boiler was installed by a smallish local firm about 5 years ago and has been serviced by them every year, so I'm hoping loyalty will count for something.
