Thanks for the name, I knew I had heard of this before... well I was thinking of making custard slices and realised no one like custard!

Making my own clotted cream... OH would have be sectioned under the mental health act if I started doing this, he is worried enough with pastry!!

I will ask DS3 to post a photo, as I am technically and culinary incapable!

I may do one with nuttella and nuts! that will be 6 packs used!!
