We just have the one now, the one in my avatar. He's a right handful! When we bought them, we were only going to get 1, but when we saw him, we couldn't resist. He was pure white and his name is Casper.

No Puff Pastry needed. Take one Pandoro cake (whih is star shaped) cut horizontally and then rebuild twisting every other slice, so the points stick out like an xmas tree. Put a dollop of buttercream on every point. Take some cadbury wishes stars and Malteasers and spray with edible gold spray. Stick one or other on every point and on the top too.
Sprinkle with the vanilla sugar that comes with cake.
