Blimey, have all the Elite ended up in Leeds ... I hear Caliente Cafe on Otley Road is worth a visit ... Bibis in Leeds City Centre or Flying Pizza in Moortown.
Never been to Caliente Cafe, but not heard particularly favourable reports about it. (If you want Mexican in Leeds, I went to Cielo Blanco in Trinity Shopping Centre a couple of weeks ago and was pleasantly impressed - a pretty good approximation of Mexican street food.)
Flying Pizza has the reputation of the 'place to be seen' rather than go for brilliant Italian food. Though I've been to Franco's (run by the same family as Flying Pizza, I think), in the Light, and the food there was pretty good.

Anyway, that's about it for me tonight .... tomorrow I'm off to try my hand at hand-printing my own Christmas wrapping paper (for free, too:)).

  • What stove have you got that you have to clean underneath it?

It's bad enough cleaning inside it :)

ETA I'm assuming stove = oven

Wood burning stove, it is on legs about 4 inches off the floor OH thinks it does not need cleaning!

    didn't CG become River Island?

Yes, possibly. It was definitely one of my favourite shops then, I loved going in and planning what to buy in the hope that fashion hadn't moved on by the time I saved for it :D:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
