I'm going to Meanwood Mimi....would you recommend it?
It's a good store; Sada across the road, too, and Aldi just up the road.
If you have time, you can nip into Headlingley for a bite to eat at Salvo's - best Italian food around:) A couple of great independent bakeries in Headlingley too.

Oooh sweetie darling. That's where the rich folk live. It's the mahoosive store. I am sure you will get loads of bargains there. Good luck.
I'd better not tell my friends who live there that they are 'rich folk':)

I have just come back, and was able to use the £3 dairy coupon... although I was a little worried. I went through self service and had to get this put through by the SA. I had mum with me, and she did not shout I was stealing thanks god!

That was the quite wonderful (and largely forgotten) Harry Worth.

I have a very vague memory of tights with lines up the back (late teens/early 20s?) and spending about 2 hours getting the lines straight. Then being very careful to only take them down the absolute minimum required when I went to 'powder my nose' so as not to muck the line up :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
